Race Course Description |

| Swim: An .50 mile ocean swim. Course is a rectangular course. Swim out from the left side of the beach if you are looking at the water approx. 50 yds. then turn right and swim parralel the beach til reaching a buoy and turning right back towards the beach. Wetsuits will be allowed. The Bike: This is a 12 mile course. You will leave the transition area up Beach Rd, turn right onto Chachapacessett Rd, Proceed to the end and turn left onto Rumstick Rd, right onto Ferry Lane, left onto Mathewson, left onto Jenny's, left oton Rumstick right onto Nayatt, right onto Washington, up to the rotary, turn around the rotary and come back down Washington, left onto Nayatt, right onto Rumstick right onto Chachapacessett, left onto Bay to transition. The Run: This is a 3 mile run. Leave the transition area up Beach Rd, right onto Chachapacassett, right onto Rumstick point turn around back to the end and turn left onto Chachapacassett left onto Bay to the finish. |

| Directions: From the North,, 95 south towards Providence to 195 East (exit #19) Take Exit 7- RI-114 Seekonk/Barrington. Follow 114 South, slightly bear right onto Rumstick Rd, right onto Nayatt and left onto Bay.. Beach is at the end.. Parking is limited. From the South, 95 North to exit 19, I195 E, continue as above. There will be extra parking at the Nayatt Street School with a shuttle available for spectators down to the beach.. Please try to utilize this service.. parking is not allowed on the street sides by the beach or you will be ticketed. |

| Registration opens at 6 AM - 7:45 AM.. at the beach. This is a wave start by age groups. Hotels: Closest hotels to Barrington are in Seekonk, MA approx. 15 minutes from the race site.
